Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of americanadvancedmarketing.com and any services provided by American Advanced Marketing ("AAM," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services provided
AAM provides website design, managed hosting, WordPress website builds, website care, and related technical services for small businesses.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, giving timely feedback on drafts and revisions, and making payments according to the agreed terms.
4. Payment terms
Fees include the one-time setup charge and monthly rate shown for the selected package, or a written custom quote. The first payment is due before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once services have begun. Package details and prices may change for future clients, but active founding-client rates remain subject to the client agreement.
5. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. After cancellation, hosting may be transitioned to the client, with continued support available at an hourly rate.
6. Ownership
Any content the client provides remains the client's property. Custom design work performed by AAM becomes the client's property upon full payment. AAM retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Warranties
Services are provided "as is." AAM does not guarantee specific traffic levels, customer inquiries, sales, or business outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
AAM's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
